What are the rules of conduct?
‍No smoking of any kind
No vaping
No outside alcohol (must obtain license and insurance)
No glitter, confetti or sand
No body paint or body makeup on set furniture
No open flames
No food or drinks outside of kitchen area
No moving furniture without prior permission
No moving planters without prior permission
No shoes on furniture
No hands or feet on walls
No pets (service animals must submit documentation 48 hrs prior)

Violation: A violation fee of $150 or more (see below) will be assessed to any booking who violates these rules of conduct.

See third question for important information regarding cleaning, restaging and replacement fees.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours (3 days) before the Event start time are not refundable.

We understand things happen! We are always open to working with our clients to ensure they have the best time and invest in their brand. When possible, we will work to accommodate rescheduling if you are beyond the cancellation period however the credit amount, timeline and rescheduling are subject to host discretion and not mandatory.

We want you t feel at home in our studio, but also remember others would love to experience the same high quality excellence you are.
We ask that everything be put back in its place and try to leave it as clean as you found. Enjoy the snacks and amenities, and get creative with the spaces - just remember, others will follow.

While we do clean the studio between every booking, leaving a minimal mess goes along way with keeping our operating costs lowered - giving us the ability to keep our pricing low for you!

Unfortunately, due to issues we have had with previous guests - the following are additional fees assessed for guests who do not return the studio as they received it.

Re-staging fee: $250. Because some item cant be moved alone and others cause damage by moving - we do charge an automatic re-staging fee to anyone who does not return the studio space how they found it.

Cleaning fee: A minimal $150 cleaning fee will be assessed to any booking who leaves an excessive mess or leaves residue on furniture. This includes food, make up, and any other visible stain left on a surface that can be cleaned.  

Replacement fee: If an item is broken, removed from the studio or damaged beyond repair, studio renter will be responsible to replace the item at replacement cost.

Overtime fees: Because we operate on a strict schedule, anyone who stays past 15 minutes over their booking time will be charged by the hour for studio overtime. The cameras and door timestamps will provide us the exact times unless communicated to us.

Additional Guests: If you have more than 5 guests at the studio, a charge of $10 per hour, per guest will be added. Please coordinate with us prior to booking for exemptions and clearance.

Camera Disabling fee: A fee of $500 will be assessed to any guest booking who willingly and purposefully disabled security and cameras within the studio.
